Hi, i'm justin!
My name is Justin Cooper and I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years. The first time I got introduced to fitness was in the 6th grade when I started playing football. Once I got to high school I was bullied a lot so I took on weight lifting to get bigger and stronger, only to realize that it didn't just help my appearance but my overall health...mentally, physically and emotionally! Once I started weightlifting I fell in love with it!
After high school, I then went to the University of Akron and graduated with my bachelors in Strength and conditioning. While at Akron, I was a personal trainer for the Rec Center for 5 years.
I have my certification with ACSM in PT and also am certified in CPR. Professionally, I have competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions over the last decade and helped coach many during their competition prep.
Helping people and watching them change their life is why I love what I do. I have trained people from all different backgrounds as well from young kids to older adults and competitors...so you are no exception!
